CBRE has obtained the Gold Well Certification for its office in Madrid. It is the first office to achieve this certification in Spain.

The certification acknowledges that spaces that can help create an integrated environment that improves the nutrition, physical and mental well-being, sleeping patterns and productivity of all the people working in the space.

The 6th floor of CBRE Spain headquarters In Madrid (11,927 sq ft extension) has obtain a Gold WELL Certification within the New and Existing Interiors category.

All of the spaces have been designed so that employees and clients can work together, sharing experiences and knowledge. But CBRE went further still with the concept of sustainability, creating a space in which employees can enjoy the office, where they can improve their health and well-being, including aspects such as nutrition, fitness, comfort and mental health. CBRE’s 6th floor stimulates the five senses of everyone that visits the offices.

Moreover, the project goes one step further in terms of New Ways of Working; a concept that CBRE implements on the 8th and 9th floors of its headquarters in Madrid, certified as LEED Platinum in 2012.
