Actiu Technology Park, specialist in manufacturing furniture solutions for work and contract spaces, is a committed industrial environment created with the aim of improving the work experience of its users and visitors through the responsible design of its facilities.

Actiu was the first European industry in the sector to receive LEED® Gold certification in 2011, granted by the US Green Building Council. Recently (March 2017), has managed to climb category, with seven points more, reaching the Platinum category, the maximum granted currently. Better management of natural and energy resources, as well as improvements in internal systems of sustainability, recycling of consumables and use of furniture in its facilities, place the Actiu Technology Park at the forefront of industrial architecture in Spain. Along with the environmental commitment, Actiu is developing, in a complementary way, the process necessary to obtain WELL certification.

Through Cool Working, the company promotes a new way of understanding workspaces, focusing on people and their well-being. The interior design is adapted, through furniture, in order to generate healthy habits, promoting nutrition and comfort, air quality, lighting and acoustic adequacy, as well as consequently higher productivity and motivation.
