WELL Project Description

85 Bluxome Street will be a Class A, LEED Gold certified, ground-up office development located in the South of Market area of San Francisco. When construction finishes at the end of 2015, the new building will include 55,000 square feet of office space with floor-to-ceiling windows on the front facade, overlooking Bluxome Park. Its five floors will have multiple levels of open rooftop space and will serve as an irreplaceable headquarters opportunity in the heart of the SoMa district.

85 Bluxome is located less than 300 feet away from the CalTrain Station at 4th and Townsend, providing direct access to the entire South Bay. It is located around the corner from the I-280 exit into San Francisco via King Street and is less than five minutes away from the I-80 exit to the Bay Bridge connecting San Francisco to the East Bay. Dozens of iconic restaurants, retail options and professional services surround the property, not to mention its proximity to the iconic AT&T Park, home to the San Francisco Giants and champions of the 2010 and 2012 World Series. 85 Bluxome Street is registered to pursue WELL Pilot Certification.
