  • An upgraded four diamond 495-Room Sheraton Hotel including convention conference facilities, meeting rooms and a new outdoor event space;
  • A 750,000 SF office tower providing a creative environment to attract cutting edge professionals to downtown Los Angeles; and
  • A community oriented plaza for events and entertainment.

With the downtown Los Angeles community in mind, The Ratkovich Company is registered to pursue pilot WELL Certification with the intent to design and develop a truly modern property that is integrated into the urban experience and supports the health and wellness of its tenants and guests.
