A 1.8 million square foot mixed-use property currently undergoing $160 million in renovations by The Ratkovich Company, the BLOC will be the largest single asset mixed-use property in the City of Los Angeles. With the downtown Los Angeles community in mind, The Ratkovich Company is registered to pursue pilot WELL Certification with the intent to design and develop a truly modern property that is integrated into the urban experience and supports the health and wellness of its tenants and guests. The BLOC is pursuing both LEED Certification and WELL Certification - Pilot Program.
